Extra services include additional bathrooms, cleaning inside ovens, cleaning inside cabinets, cleaning inside fridges, and dishes and pet hair removal.
Do I need to provide my own supplies?
No. We will bring everything necessary to complete a typical home cleaning, including a vacuum.
How should I handle my pets during a house cleaning?
We would prefer that the pet be restricted from the areas we clean, if possible, so our maids can clean your home better and more efficiently
When do I pay & what methods of payment do you take?
Your credit/debit card will receive a hold in order to secure the booking. Payment will only be processed after the service has been rendered. We do not accept cash as payment for the booking.
Are you bonded & insured?
Yes – we are bonded and insured. Additionally, our employees are thoroughly screened, trained, and background checked.
Are tips mandatory?
Tips are always optional 😀 Feel free to tip your cleaner in cash if you feel so inclined.
How many cleaners do you send and how long will a cleaning take?
We usually estimate 1-1.5 hours per bedroom, but we do not specify a length of cleaning. We assign one (1) cleaner to most bookings. If we feel it is necessary to have more cleaners, we will let you know.
