Extra services include additional bathrooms, cleaning inside ovens, cleaning inside cabinets, cleaning inside fridges, and pet hair removal.  

No. We will bring everything necessary to complete a typical home cleaning, including a vacuum.

We would prefer that the pet be restricted from the areas we clean, if possible, so our maids can clean your home better and more efficiently

Your credit/debit card will receive a hold in order to secure the booking. Payment will only be processed after the service has been rendered.  We do not accept cash as payment for the booking. 

Yes – we are bonded and insured. Additionally, our employees are thoroughly screened, trained, and background checked. 

Yes. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment you will incur a $75 cancellation fee. This fee goes to the cleaner and staff for their time, as we otherwise would have been able to reschedule the appointment.

Tips are always optional 🙂 Feel free to tip your cleaner in cash if you feel so inclined. 

Our small cleaning teams of 1-2 people will take anywhere from 2-4 hours on a deep cleaning and approximately 1-3 hours on a maintenance cleaning (depending on the size and number of bedrooms/bathrooms of the apartment)
